We ship from Tbilisi to almost every country. Message us your country and we confirm the exact cost and the delivery time before you pay.

Courier is also available to the countries served by post, if you prefer door-to-door delivery.
Delivery time
Delivery times vary by country, so we confirm the delivery time for yours before you pay.
Dispatch schedule
We take orders until Wednesday each week and dispatch Saturday to Monday. Order on Thursday or later and your hat goes out with the following week's dispatch. A hat made after your order goes out with the first dispatch after it is finished.
Returns
You can return an unused hat within 14 days of delivery. You pay the return shipping unless the hat arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one. We refund by the method you paid with — Wise or PayPal or cash.
